Evilstick is the name of a kids' toy modeled after a flower wand created by an unknown company. It gained infamy around 2014 after it was revealed that some versions of it contained a gory photo of a girl in vampire makeup cutting herself.
The artwork in question was created by the horror artist Butcher Ludwig and originally published on Facebook. It would later be edited to look even more sinister and printed onto the toy.
