Visual novel created by the artist and animator Kamuo.
It is a direct sequel of his first visual novel The Grim Reaper Who Reaped My Heart. The protagonist here has now developed a relationship with the grim reaper, now being officially lovers and spending time together. As the title of the game suggests, all the sexual scenes of the visual novel are paizuri, and just like the first game, it includes a swimsuit version where the plot is left intact, and the only difference is the girls wearing swimsuits during the entire game.
