A playable character from Zenless Zone Zero, she is a member of the Stars of Lyra who serves as Astra Yao's bodyguard and manager.

Evelyn is known for being calm, decisive and professional, serving as an irreplacable pillar behind Astra. Though she can be quite serious and protective, she is notably more relaxed around Astra and the Phaethon siblings. While little is known about Evelyn's childhood, at some point, she was brought into the "Organization" where she was trained to be an assassin/spy and performed numerous jobs. The hacker Rain also worked for them and became indebted to Evelyn after she saved Rain's life. Her final job was to work as a spy for the company Fugue under the indentity "Scheele's Green" by becoming the manager of Astra Yao. Evelyn was warmed by Astra's sincerity as a person, gradually opening herself up and eventually cutting ties with the "Organization".

Evelyn has blonde hair tied into a single hair bun with a braided base, parted bangs that partially covers her left eye, hair intakes, purple eyes with a mole under her right eye and large breasts. She wears a collared white sleeveless shirt with see-through cleavage and a back cutout, a gold necktie, a two-sided black jacket on her shoulders, tight black high-waist latex pants, uneven two-tone black and red gloves, an o-ring thigh strap on her right leg and a pair of black high heel boots. She also has multiple butterfly hair ornaments and a ring hair ornament in her hair, an earpiece in her right ear, a black choker and a chest harness. She wields a knife named "Lunalux Garrote" in combat.
