The inability to get or keep an erection that is firm enough for satisfactory sexual activity. Can be caused by lowered testosterone during hormone replacement therapy. Sometimes abbreviated as "ED".
Although most men would rather never become impotent, losing the ability to get erections and staying permanently "limp" can be part of a sissification fetish. Long-term chastity cage use is rumored to cause it.
