Emmeline "Emmy" Altava (Remi Altava in Japan) is a major character in the prequel trilogy of the Professor Layton series.

She has long, brown hair and black eyes. She usually wears a yellow coat with long sleeves, a white, collared shirt with a pink bowtie, a brown belt with a pouch for her camera, white leggings, and dark green boots.
