The titular character of Meitantei Conan, the disguise name taken by high-schooler Kudou Shin'ichi after he was forced to take a drug that was supposed to kill him, but instead shrunk him back to a young child. He still possesses his adult intellect, which helps him solve crimes while hiding his identity from all but a select few.

His name comes from two detective fiction writers, Edogawa Ranpo and Arthur Conan Doyle. Voiced by Takayama Minami in Japanese.
