Primary antagonist from the classic Mega Man series, full name Albert W. Wily.
Revolted against Dr. Light, once his colleague, and plotted against Mega Man and the world ever since. Among his machinations include kidnapping, fabrication of evidence, impersonation and virus manufacture.
He's responsible for creating several machines and robots, including Bass, Treble, and eventually, Zero.
