A member of Team Rocket who appeared in the Pokemon TV special Mewtwo Returns as its secondary antagonist.
She has blonde hair that she styles in twin drills and purple eyes. She wears the Team Rocket uniform with her black shirt complemented by white elbow gloves, white thigh boots, and white skirt. She wears a belt with front-facing belt buckle. Her hat is mostly pink, but the front panel is white. Her code name is Black Tulip, so she sometimes is depicted with a black tulip.
