Antagonist of the Inspector Gadget show. His full appearance is unknown, and the most ever portrayed of him is his hand and forearm, just in front of his chair. He leads the criminal organization M.A.D. in various illegal activities.

He wears grey gauntlets with a gold spiked bracelet, and some kind of black long-sleeved apparel.
