A twin-engine propeller racing airplane built by the British de Havilland Aircraft Company Limited in 1934. It was purpose-made to participate in the MacRobertson Air Race, from the United Kingdom to Australia, where it attained victory.
Out of the 5 airframes built, only 2 survive to this day.
