A meme originating from the Death Battle episode Spider-Man (Miles Morales) vs Deku, which gained notoriety on sites like Twitter after the episode's release in July 2025.
Originally a form of slander from claims that Deku had to resort to fighting weaker "street-tier" characters to win a fight after he lost his previous match on Death Battle against Asta, the meme soon evolved into depicting Deku as a bloodthirsty "street slasher" hunting down weaker characters, and further into jokes about Deku being able to defeat any character on a street.
