Ptilol's twin sister who wears blue and her ponytail is on the right side. She is the fifth member of Witches 5 to appear in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. Cyprine is often the one who appears in her civilian form, but when fighting, Ptilol will join her. They can absorb magical attacks to amplify their own while confusing their enemies with destructive spells. The twins are defeated when the Sailor Senshi trick them into attacking each other in episode 123.
