A recurring antagonist in Project Wingman, voiced by Wayan Vassilopouos. The leader of Crimson Squadron, The Federation's Elite Peacekeepers, he and his squadron are assigned by the Federation to Cascadia to battle the Cascadian Independence Force and stop their goal of breaking free from Federation rule. Crimson 1 is a firm believer that Federation rule is for the best for Cascadia despite being Cascadian himself. He becomes a rival to Monarch who fights for the Cascadians as Crimson 1 grows to hate the mercenary pilot for defeating him and his Squadron during the war.
He becomes the final boss of the game, after Crimson 1 goes mad after all of Crimson Squadron are killed, the Federation nuking the city of Prospero but still losing the war and forced to seek peace with Cascadia, leading to Crimson 1 trying to kill Monarch after nuking Presidia, delusionally believing everything that happened was all Monarch's fault.
