The cougar (Puma concolor), also known as the puma or mountain lion, is a large cat native to the Americas. Can also be referred to as panthers, a term also used for leopards and jaguars.
Appears in the logo of the Puma shoe brand. For older women 'hunting' younger men, see mature female.
