A character from Genshin Impact. She is the Moon Goddess worshiped by the Frostmoon Scions in Nod-Krai under the name "Kuutar". She was formerly the third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, known by her codename "The Damselette". Like the other Fatui Harbingers, she is named after a stock character in the Italian theater genre Commedia dell'arte.

She has very long black hair with a purple inner color, and purple eyes which she normally keeps closed. Her outfit consists of a white blindfold mask, white crossed hair ribbons, armlets, white dress, a thigh strap on her left leg, and anklets.
