The personification of the US Navy light cruiser USS Columbia (CL-56) in Azur Lane. Character design by Hao, voiced by Horigome Saya.

She has long blonde hair and red eyes, with sunglasses on her head. She wears a blue-white shirt with a star print, dog tags, blue shorts, brown belt, and a striped single thighhigh on her left leg. Her rigging is the same as her sisters, with two 15.2 cm triple mounts on one side and two 12.7 cm twin mounts on another. Unlike Montpelier, she does not have 20 mm Oerlikon AA guns on her rig.

In real life, Columbia was among the first of her class to enter service alongside Cleveland, Montpelier, and Denver (the so-called "Solomon Knights"/Cruiser Division 12).
