Azur Lane's depiction of last ship of the Sakura Empire Takao-class heavy cruisers, Choukai (鳥海). Her censored name is "猋"("Describing the scene that a group of dogs are running swiftly").
Her default appearance is strikingly similar to Type 95 from Girls' Frontline (to the point that her introduction line obliquely touches on it). Considering her artist, kishiyo, originally drew both characters, this may not be a coincidence.
