She has long blonde hair done two side up and with an ahoge, aqua eyes, pointy ears, and medium breasts.
Her default outfit consists of a white dress top with breast curtains and no bra, detached sleeves, blue hair flowers, white skirt, white panties, asymmetrical legwear (single thighhigh on her right, kneehigh on her left), a frilled blue thigh strap on her left leg, and high-heeled rudder footwear. She uses a bow much like the US carrier girls, patterned off her real-life hull and masts.
She refers to all the other carrier girls as her senpai (officially translated as "Elders") on account of the fact that she and her sister were, in real life, laid down in 1944 and commissioned in 1953/1954, well after World War II had ended.
