Her nickname is based on Julius Caesar[1] from the Roman Republic. Note: "Caesar" in Japanese follows the original Latin, not English, pronunciation, so the 'C' is a hard 'k' (and not a soft 's') and the 'ae' is pronounced 'ah-eh' (both short vowels, no silent 'a').
Affiliated with the Ooarai Girls Academy tankery team. Boards the Sturmgeschutz III Ausf. F, as the leader of the "History Girls" Team Hippo and performs as their loader. She likes history, being particularly familiar with Ancient Rome. Caesar is actually her soul name in the group, with her real name being Suzuki Takako.
