分電でんこ (ぶんでん でんこ) or でんこちゃん
Bunden Denko (more commonly known as Denko-chan) is the mascot character of TEPCO, designed by manga artist Uchida Shungiku. She was once discontinued as a mascot in 2012, but she returned in October, 2014.
