She has, as her name implies, blue eyes, short blonde hair with a blue streak. She wears a pink choker, a cropped blue jacket over a very short cropped white tube top, white short shorts held up by a blue belt, white boots, and she wears a control gauntlet, with her other hand wearing a single white fingerless glove
