A character from Kobayashi Yoshinori's manga series, "Obocchama-kun." Also known as 貧ぼっちゃま or びんぼっちゃま (Binbocchama). He is Obou Chama's friend. He is a son of downfallen formerly-rich family. Because he is incredibly poor, he can only afford the front half of a suit, and he ties strings on his back. Due to his great pride, he tries to wear a decent outfit, at least the front half of it. His catch phrase is "落ちぶれてすまん! (Sorry for coming down in the world!)"
