First appearing in Episode 12 of Kill la Kill, it is a monstrous form that Ryuuko and Senketsu mutate into during their fight against Harime Nui, caused by Ryuuko's blood boiling to an unsafe level from sheer rage. This form is most notable for its warped, zombified twist on Ryuuko's normal appearance: Scissor Blade half-attached to the right arm; a gigantic, armored, bloody left arm; Senketsu's eye constricted and bloodshot; boiling blood spouting randomly; and a pair of huge, sharp maws on the head and waist. Both Senketsu and Ryuuko also seem to groan from constant pain caused by this transformation.
