The Barrett MRAD (Multi-role Adaptive Design) is a bolt actionsniper rifle designed by Barrett to meet the requirements of the SOCOM PSR. Available in multiple chamberings such as the .338 Lapua Magnum, it is based on the Barrett M98B with modifications and improvements. Visually recognizable by its magazine well with curved lips and rectangular indentations, skeletonized folded stock with cheek pad, and AR-15-like lower receiver shape.
