Azul Ashengrotto is a second-year student in Twisted Wonderland and the head of the Octavinelle dorm. He manages the Mostro Lounge, a café located in the Octavinelle dormitory building. His unique magic, It's a Deal, allows him to steal and utilize other people's magic abilities by signing a magical contract with them.
He comes from the Coral Sea, where he grew up with Jade Leech and Floyd Leech. His true form is an octopus boy, and uses magic to transform into a human. He is a member of the Board Games club alongside Idia Shroud.
He was bullied as a kid for being fat and has always been self-conscious about his appearance ever since. He works very hard to maintain a fit body and to make sure nobody ever discovers his shameful past, resulting in him sending Yuu and company on a quest to steal a picture from the Coral Sea museum where a class photo from elementary school was on display.
