The Axis Deer or Chital (Axis axis) is a species of deer native to the Indian subcontinent.
Axis Deer (the Friend) is presented with noticibly darker skin than most of the other Friends.
She appears briefly in Episode 2 as one of the several Friends encountered in the Jungle Area. Her part consists of revealing her dirt-eating tendencies, noting that she does it for the salt. In turn, this makes fan depictions of her obsessed with eating nothing but dirt, salt or salty things.
