Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Atago. Character design by Mikoto Akemi, voiced by Touyama Nao.
She has long blonde hair and large breasts. Her default outfit, shared with her sister Takao on historical grounds, comprises a blue beret, blue dress shirt, white ascot, blue miniskirt, black gloves, black pantyhose, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her bridge and funnels wrapped around her waist, and a circular half-rig hull containing three 20.3 cm twin gun mounts.
Her trademark catchphrase is shouting "pan-pa-ka-paaan!" when changing equipment. She also uses this as her unique greeting in the anime.
