阿兰 アーラン Arlan 아를란
A playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. The head of Herta Space Station's security department, voiced by Shiraishi Ryouko in Japanese.
He is portrayed with long white hair tied to a low ponytail and with a black streak, purple eyes, and dark skin. His default outfit consists of a black shirt worn under a grey jacket, blue armband with the Herta Space Station emblem, bandages on his left arm, differently-colored gloves (black on his right and white on his left), blue pants, and black knee boots.
With him is a dog named Peppy.
