In the same vein as Kaga, Akagi is portrayed as a nine-tailed kitsune with brown hair, dark red eyes, and large breasts.
Her default outfit consists of a black haori with a gold floral pattern, a nontraditional miko set of a white kimono with her cleavage exposed plus a pleated red skirt, sakuramon, black thighhighs, and rudder footwear.
