E-4 Stage boss of Kantai Collection's Fall 2014 Event based on the Western New Guinea campaign.

She has very long white hair and orange eyes. She wears a short ribbed black sailor dress with long detached sleeves, black gloves, and black thighhighs. Her most prominent feature is her giant black armored knee boots.

Speculated to be Shoukaku as an abyssal ship. Shoukaku was sunk during the Battle of the Philippine Sea, which is what E-4 represents. Aircraft Carrier Water Oni also resembles Shoukaku visually (Similar facial structure and hair style, bulky footwear, hair ornaments across her head exactly where Shoukaku's hairband is). Though her high armor would make her a closer fit with Taihou who also sank in the same battle.
