One of the main protagonists of the manga and anime One Piece. He is the ship's doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates. His life goal is to cure all known diseases in order to honor his late foster father, Dr. Hiriluk.

He is a reindeer capable of human speech and understanding due to the Hito Hito no Mi Devil Fruit he consumed, and is also capable of transforming into a more muscular version of himself for combat.
