Seras Victoria is a newcomer to the Hellsing Organization. A former policewoman who was sired as a vampire by Alucard himself after being grievously wounded in a run-in with a vampire and his ghouls that killed her fellow officers, Seras is the second vampiric agent employed by Integra Hellsing, and Alucard's partner on the hunt.
After turning into a complete vampire by drinking Pip Bernardotte's blood, her left arm becomes a false limb, her eyes turn red, and her outfit is dyed red.
