Her hero name is "Tetona" (meaning "busty" or "big-tittied" in Spanish.). Her real name is unknown.
Her costume is purple in colour and features an eye mask, fingerless elbow gloves, highleg leotard with ‘10t’ written on the chest, and thigh boots. In her early days, she also wore a short cape.

Her breasts seem to change size, usually large, but expand to gigantic size when she acts as a hero. Her breasts, which are said to weigh up to 10 tonnes, can be used as a weapon to crush villains.
