Food meant to be tasty, but capable of causing severe illness or is just plain disgusting. An otherwise benevolent character's secret weapon.
Heavily implied that the cook responsible does not truly know what horror is at hand. Usually hinted with the food having unnatural colors and/or being censored.
Not to be confused with crimes against food, which is for food that is edible but considered a crime in a tongue-in-cheek way (like pineapple on pizza).
