Foreigner-class Servant from Fate/Grand Order. The eponymous Witch of Salem, she is also known as "The Silver Key" which is a reference to the Cthulhu Mythos. She first appeared in promotional art for Epic of Remnant (post #2635525).
She has blue eyes and very long blonde hair, worn parted to both sides and decorated with multiple orange and purple hair bows. She wears a black dress with white bloomers and an oversized black witch hat. Tends to be depicted in oversized clothes with her sleeves past her wrists, or just black panties with no bra and ribbons (sometimes butterfly-cut ones) coming from the multiple bows on her neck covering her torso a little.
While using her powers, she gets a keyhole mark on her forehead, white skin and red eyes and can attack with tentacles.
