A character from Blue Archive. She serves as the secretary for Millennium's student council, Seminar. Her full name is Ushio Noa.
Noa has a very longsilver hair with blunt bangs and wears mechanical headphones that resembles the typical anime robot ears, a leftover of her old character draft by hwansang where she was originally supposed to be an android wielding a large railgun instead, until it was scrapped and the idea was reintroduced with the character Tendou Aris. Noa wears identical outfit to Yuuka, even wearing the same white jacket that's worn by every other Seminar members sans Rio, except with the colors reversed and she wears a black pantyhose instead of showing her thighs like Yuuka does.
