Kantai Collection's personification of the German destroyer Z1 Leberecht Maass. Character design by Shimada Fumikane, voiced by Endou Aya.

She has short grey hair and blue eyes. Her default outfit, shared with her sister Z3, consists of a dark blue sailor hat with her name on it, a blue sailor dress and blue sailor collar, black neckerchief, dark blue socks, and ankle boots.

Her rigging consists of her funnel and foremast to her back, connecting two hull pieces that have her 12.8 cm single gun mounts and 533 mm triple torpedo tubes, as well as a third 12.8 cm twin handgun mount.

She is often depicted as a trap in fanart due to her somewhat masculine voice and mannerisms along with her androgynous looks.
