Each identity, excluding Yi Sang's, is based on a member using the E.G.O equipment of an abnormality. While they share the same moniker of "Lobotomy E.G.O." as the Walpurgisnacht-exclusive Lobotomy Corporation Identities, these abnormalities were not available in the original Lobotomy Corporation.

• Yi Sang's identity is based on Dongbaek using her own E.G.O equipment.
• Sinclair and Rodion's identities are based on generic members using the E.G.O equipment of So That No One Will Cry.
• Heathcliff's identity is based on Dongbaek using the E.G.O equipment of Drifting Fox.
• Ishmael's identity is based on a generic member using the E.G.O equipment of Fairy Gentleman.
