An NPC in Goddess of Victory: Nikke. An operator that assists the Counters squad early on.
She has blue eyes and long blue hair with a short side ponytail. Wears a collared dress with a short sleeves crop top blue serafuku on top with a blue neckerchief and wrist cuffs. Her dress has pouches, and she wears white socks and sneakers.
Shifty is often the butt of jokes that question whether she is the real Shifty. This is due to Syuen disguising herself as Shifty at one point in the campaign.
