Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Ooi. Character design by Shibafu, voiced by Ootsubo Yuka.
She has long brown hair, and brown eyes. Her base outfit, shared with her sister Kitakami, is composed of a green shirt with a green sailor collar, black neckerchief, green pleated skirt, black socks with white stripes, and brown loafers.
Her base rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast to her back, a 14 cm handgun mount, and twin 61 cm torpedo tubes on her left arm.
Often referred to as "Ooi-cchi" by Kitakami. Sometimes depicted as extremely Kitakami-sexual.
