By default, Neru has a short orange hair with huge ahoge and a single braid on her left side. Neru has a red tsurime eyes and a mole underneath. She wears her trademark sukajan on top of the standard C&C maid uniform complete with the apron and headdress she regularly wears. She also wears a distinct red sneakers.
Her firearm is two Sig MPX submachine gun tied together with a long chain.
