The personification of the Japanese destroyer Hatsuyuki in Kantai Collection. Character design by Shibafu, voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She has long black hair in a hime cut with blunt bangs, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the Special-Type's serafuku: a white shirt with blue sailor collar, blue neckerchief, blue pleated skirt, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging is also shared with the rest of the Special-Types: her funnel to her back with a 12.7 cm twin gun mount and 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on her thighs.
