One of the main characters in Kobayashi-san chi no Maidragon. A cheerful sea dragon who takes her refuge in the human world under the guise of a serious office lady under the name Inoue Elma.
In her dragon girl form, she has a short black gradient hair that transitioned into purple at the tip. She has parted bangs where her large single horn were located. She wears a black leotard under her short purple kimono and a brown scarf. She also wields a trident as her weapon.
