KAITO is a Japanese VOCALOID developed by the YAMAHA Corporation and distributed by Crypton Future Media, Inc., and was originally released for the first VOCALOID engine on February 14, 2006. His Crypton release date is given as February 17, 2006. He was later adopted by Crypton as an official PIAPRO character.
He is voiced by the singer Fuuga Naoto. His first appearance was illustrated by Kawasaki Takashi, with the his second appearance, for VOCALOID3, being by iXima.
