Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road (English title: The Executioner and Her Way of Life, originally named: Virgin Road) is a 2019-Present yuri fantasy light novel series by Satou Mato and illustrated by Nilitsu. An anime adaptation was announced in January, 2021.
The series revolves around Menou, a young executioner, whose job is to exterminate the wanders known as "Lost Ones" who have come from a distant world known as "Japan" and who bring about calamity. Menou one day meets the "Lost One" known as Akari and attempts to carry out her duty, only to discovery that it is impossible to kill her. Menou ends up setting off on a journey with Akari with the initial goal of overcoming Akari's immortality.
