Noshiro was the first of the Agano-class to be given a second remodel on February 6, 2021. In this form, she switches to a new serafuku consisting of a black pleated skirt, a black dress shirt worn under a long-sleeved sailor shirt with a black sailor collar, and a black stylized necktie. She now also wears a pair of black thighhighs held by garter straps. She now goes gloveless as well.
