Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese battleship Mutsu. Character design by Alisa, voiced by Kurosawa Tomoyo.
She is portrayed with short black hair, yellow eyes, and a young build (due to her historically being funded by Japanese schoolchildren). Her default outfit is a nontraditional miko style of a white kimono with wide sleeves paired with a red hakama skirt, plus black thighhighs and red rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of two half-circle hull pieces with four 41 cm twin gun mounts and 8 14 cm single guns, held by her real-life bridge to her back.
