武天老師 亀仙人

Muten Roushi, or Kamesennin, is the master of the Turtle school of martial arts in the Dragon Ball universe. He is the creator of the legendary Kamehameha attack which would later become Son Goku's signature technique, and is a notoriously dirty old man.
