Originally introduced in the Skybound Oratorio original run as a story-only character, she was made playable with the rerun version.
In real life, she holds the speed record for a conventional hull ship at 45.02 knots during her speed trials (as against a designed top speed of 37 knots, compare Tashkent's 43 knots and Shimakaze's 40.9 knots, both also in trials.)
