Similarly to Artemis and Orion, the girl who is summoned is not actually Hokusai; the small black octopus following her named Toto-sama is the true Hokusai, while she herself is his daughter Katsushika Oei, who served as her father's assistant and even produced some works under his name. He takes over her body upon reaching her third ascension, giving her an octopus-themed costume and a purple color scheme.
They have a Swimsuit Saber variant, introduced for the summer 2019 event.
